The SELENA potato is supported by Dr. Graeme McIntosh, a consultant in the area of nutrition and health. Dr. McIntosh worked in the CSIRO Health and Sciences and Nutrition division for 30 years and is an associate professor in the Department of Medicine at Adelaide University.
